My Contributions

I led the program scope, roadmap, development, pilot to scale into 800 locations nationwide while managing business intelligence and providing real-time insights via cloud data capture and market development with a suite of custom-built applications.

Key Strategies & Successes

Market and competitive analyses helped drive product choice and successfully allowed the program to scale across 800 locations.

Custom built cloud data collection and analyses tools gifted us detailed insights that allowed agility in the field leading to 100% month over month sales growth in the ecosystem.  

We designed, built and deployed smart feature rich mini homes/offices to showcase the product line successfully influencing customer engagement and acquistion

Amazon Device Business Intelligence and Market Development

My Contributions

I collaborated with senior leadership at Amazon Headquarters to design, deploy and scale an omnichannel program across hundreds of locations to capture data and build actionable insights across Amazon's device product categories.

Key Strategies & Successes

In-store consumer tracking and engagement led to deploying several new feature sets for Amazon devices.

A suite of business intelligence tools allowed us to adjust messaging in real-time positively impacting basket size and sales revenues.

Platform integrations with sales data and inventory management tools provided actionable insights.

I directed scope, roadmap, development and operations for a cutting edge direct to consumer engagement program powered by a suite of deep analytics and custom-built business intelligence tools. 

Key Strategies & Successes

We won Silver at the prestigious Stevie Awards for Business.  Press release here

Custom Tableau dashboards allowed us to collect a mountain of data in real-time that ultimately led to direct customer acquisition, upsells, and product presentation adjustments.

Cross-collaboration between dozens of leadership staff across departments, field employees, and application developers proved to be a valuable component to the program's success.
